Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the K-Beauty concierge, clinic information provision, consultation inquiry, and reservation connection services provided on the website operated by GlowBridge (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- ① "Site" refers to the website operated by the Company to provide services.
- ② "User" refers to a person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company.
- ③ "Service" refers to all services provided by the Company through the Site, including the provision of clinic information, receipt of consultation inquiries, reservation connection, pre-visit guidance, and provision of event and promotion information.
- ④ "Partner Clinic" refers to medical and beauty-related institutions in partnership with the Company, such as hospitals, clinics, plastic surgery clinics, dermatology clinics, dental clinics, and OB/GYN clinics.
- ⑤ "Reservation Connection" refers to the Company's support in checking reservation availability with partner clinics based on the user's inquiry and facilitating a smooth reservation process between the user and the partner clinic.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- ① These Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Site or otherwise notified to users.
- ② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws.
- ③ When amending the Terms, the Company shall post the content and the effective date on the Site.
- ④ If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may stop using the service. Continuing to use the service after the effective date of the amended Terms shall be deemed as consent to the changes.
Article 4 (Content of Services)
The services provided by the Company are as follows:
- - Provision of information on partner clinics in Korea.
- - Information on K-Beauty treatments such as plastic surgery, dermatology, dental, OB/GYN, and hair services.
- - Recommendation of partner clinics and connection for consultations based on user inquiries.
- - Receipt of consultation inquiries and reservation applications.
- - Verification of reservation availability at partner clinics and reservation connection.
- - General guidance on pre-visit preparations, reservation schedules, and precautions.
- - Support for multi-language consultation and communication.
- - Information on partner clinic events, promotions, and pricing.
- - Other related services provided for user convenience.
The Company is not a medical institution and does not directly provide medical acts, diagnoses, prescriptions, surgeries, procedures, or medical judgments.
Article 5 (Provision and Change of Services)
- ① The Company strives to provide stable services to users.
- ② The Company may change the service content, method of provision, or guidance information depending on operational circumstances or the status of partner clinics.
- ③ Changes will be notified through the Site or individual guidance.
- ④ Service may be temporarily suspended for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, server failure, natural disasters, or partner clinic circumstances.
- ⑤ Reservation availability, pricing, events, and treatment information provided by the Company are subject to change depending on the partner clinic's situation.
Article 6 (Obligations of the Company)
- ① The Company complies with relevant laws and strives for stable service.
- ② The Company provides reasonable support to ensure smooth consultation and reservation connection.
- ③ The Company manages personal information safely in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- ④ The Company strives to process justified opinions or complaints through appropriate procedures.
- ⑤ The Company strives for accuracy in clinic information and pricing, though such information is subject to change by the clinics.
Article 7 (Obligations of Users)
Users shall not engage in the following:
- - Providing false information or stealing other people's information.
- - Unauthorized use of another's name, contact information, or passport information.
- - Defaming the Company, partner clinics, or third parties or interfering with their business.
- - Commercial use of information provided by the Company without prior consent.
- - Interfering with the normal operation of the Site or its security.
- - Any other acts that violate relevant laws or these Terms.
Users must accurately disclose health conditions, medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy, and past treatment history during the reservation process. The Company is not liable for issues arising from false or omitted information.
Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- ① Copyrights and intellectual property for all content on the Site belong to the Company or the respective right holders.
- ② Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- ③ User-provided reviews or photos may be used for marketing purposes only upon separate consent.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- ① The Company facilitates information and reservation connections; it is not a medical institution.
- ② Information provided is for reference and does not guarantee identical results for all users.
- ③ Medical decisions, diagnoses, and results are determined solely by the medical staff at the partner clinics.
- ④ Matters regarding medical services (treatment, payment, refunds, aftercare) are the responsibility of the respective partner clinic.
- ⑤ The Company is not liable for issues caused by user fault (cancellations, no-shows, info errors).
- ⑥ The Company is exempt from liability for force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, system failures).
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
- ① Disputes shall be resolved through mutual consultation in good faith.
- ② If consultation fails, the court of jurisdiction shall be determined by relevant laws (usually the court of the Company's location).
- ③ These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
These Terms shall be effective from January 1, 2026.
